Lazreport's frTextExport inserts NewPage in every line

I'm using Lazarus 1.4.2 under windows 7 32bit but until recently i was using Lazarus 1.0.2.
My Application was developed using Lazreport's text export called TfrTextExport and it was working all right until I switched to 1.4.2 (which also uses later version of Lazreport).
The same application compiled with the 1.4.2 when asked to export the Report to a text file and then to raw-print to a dot-matrix printer , the printer printed one single line to one page and then skipped to a new page, printed one line, and again, skiped to a new page, printed one line...
That forced me to hexedit the text file created by Lazreport's TfrTextExport, and I saw that there is a FF character at the end of each line. 
What should I edit and change this ?
