Missing CDPanel on Custom Drawn palette

Hi,

There is TCDPanel control in customdrawncontrols unit. But why it is not registered on Custom Drawn palette? I must create it at runtime.

Hm seems that TCDPanel doesn't act like normal TPanel. It can't contain subcontrols. This same problem with TCDGroupBox

Controls that are not stable are not added to the palette.

LCL-CustomDrawn doesn't use TCDPanel to implement TCDWSPanel, so that's why I didn't work much on it. Also the Panel look is custom drawn by the LCL itself, so it is not really native.
