Is KOL-CE still supported?

Hi,

I posted patch (http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=925375&aid=3565831&group_id=188451) for KOL-CE month ago and it is still not accepted. Is this port dead? Seems that official KOL site is back to life and there is KOL 3.18 which support Delphi XE2 and native 64 bit applications (KOL always was for 32 bit)
