Execption class EInterfaceCritical

Simply running the default app project1 with no components I receive the following when closing the form:

Execption class 'EInterfaceCritical' with message: os_bar_hide:assertion OS_IS_BAR(bar)' failed

Debug indicates: In package gtk2widgetset.inc (gtk2int.pas)

Maybe a LIB_OVERLAY_SCROLLBAR problem (not sure about the correct spelling) in Ubuntu?
Try searching the forum for this and see if the suggested fixes work.

Thankx for the reply Bart.

I could not find anything related as yet except from a post where the programmer experienced the same issue and simply forced the compiler to ignore this error. It solved the debugging issue, but it doesn't feel right to me. You can't just cover-up an issue. There must be a reason or not?
