« on: March 15, 2012, 11:13:33 pm »
Hi,
What is the latest release of Lazarus that is supported on RedHat 4.0 and that supports the ParamStr. I look forward to hearing from you.

Kindest,
Lefti

ParamStr is in FreePascal (the compiler) and I think it was almost always there.

Some systems do not, or not always (*) support paramstr(0)

Currently most OSes support it, except Darwin. But FreeBSD only since 2.6.0.

(*) sometimes paramstr(0) is not supported when the binary is on e.g. remote or virtual file systems.
