ACS Package installation: question about paths

I've installed ACS from package file

http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/ACS

When I open an example and try to compile, I must set all the unit paths in the Project Options > Compiler Options > Other unit files.

Seems that the package was designed for an older version of lazarus, and now adding a component from the components tab doesn't add the paths.

Any idea how to fix? to avoid having to manually add paths =)

Edit: I forget to see the bugtracker, I'm adding this now.

Edit: I've installed the package in another folder, not in lazarus\components\ACS
