WindowManager sizing problems

The window sizer does not work correct anymore. With 'lazarus-0.9.28.2-fpc-2.2.4-cross-arm-wince-win32' all is done right. Now with 'lazarus-0.9.31-33813-fpc-2.4.4-20111127-cross-arm-wince-win32' (ApplicationType = atDesktop), if I set the TaskBar on the device to 'Always On Top' the window isn't resized anymore, so it is partly behind the TaskBar.
Also the windows client width and mybe the height is set to 2 or 3 pixels less than screen width, resulting in a 2 to 3 pixel width grey line to the right and maybe to the bottom (dont see this because all is grey).

Any ideas on this ?
