Package Install problems

After resolving my Debugger issues with 0.9.31, now I cannot install any of the packages I want. Under Tools->Configure "Build Lazarus" it just says for Debug IDE.

It compiles and acts like its going to install my packages but when it does restart nothing shows up in the tab panels for components. Just the default installed components are there and nothing new.

Any ideas on how to get this to install components?

I downloaded another daily snapshot and got it working.
