is there any WebBroker porting?

WebBroker in Delphi7 is easy and useful to build a simple website in ISAPI or Apache Module.
is there any porting of it?

No, there isn't a port of WebBroker. But you can use LazWeb (or fcl-web in plain FreePascal) to do the same (and more) than WebBroker.
