How do you install Zeoslib?

How do you install Zeoslib into Lazarus?  I see a directory called C:\Zeoslib\packages\Lazarus but how do you install it into the IDE?  Thanks!

Apparently the version of Zeoslib I downloaded (13 Oct 05) is broken.  Some of the units won't compile.
