Program dies out after SysUtils.ExecuteProcess

On two operating systems with kernel Windows CE 5.x - Windows Mobile 5.0 and 6.5 I noticed weird behaviour of my short program on the second one. After firing some other program by SysUtils.ExecuteProcess the main execution exited, despite surrounded with try-except-end tree. On Windows Mobile 5.0 it behaves well. What cases the problem and how would it be solved.
