Help. Cant find fpspreadsheetinterface unit.

Am new to Lazarus (on XP) but know some Delphi. Want to grab some data from an Excel spreadsheet, and have found sample code to do this BUT the required units fpspreadsheetinterface ... etc are not in the downloaded IDE, nor are any packages LAZ_xxx. How can I download these and instal them? Have loaded the latest daily snapshot, but no use.
