TComboBox in lazarus 0.9.30 stable release

Not too sure if this is in the right place.  but i am having an issue with this function.  The issue is when i click on the TComboBox it ends the program and you have to restart the program.  please take a look at this

I have no code for this as i have only designed the form and tested to see if it was running correctly.  i am using bsDialog currently.  the program only terminates when i click on the combo box.

Do you compile / run the program or does Lazarus terminate while you're still designing?
If it's the compiled program than there *is* source code to go with the designed form.

To test anything you would still have to give more info: OS, FPC version, widget set...

i am using lazarus 0.9.31 and fpc 2.4.5 (stable version)

this bug only happens when i run the program in lazarus.  i have no code to date, so am confused to why this could be happening

all i did was load the program and load the form.  then i clicked on the combo box and it quit immediately

I'm not sure if this combination qualifies as 'stable'.
