Translate ZIP-TV and Flex-Compress Kombo to Lazarus

Dear coders,

i would like code a compressor for linux.
I have a small in windows.

I used two kombos zip-tv and Flex-compress.
They are only used for windows delphi.
zip-tv there are a kylix version too.

Is there a doku or a toher way to can use this kombos for lazarus for compile
linux software?
