What's the latest version?

Hi, I am just a casual user of FPC. I once downloaded a version of Lazarus a year ago and it gave me a surprise - a FREE Delphi?!

I saw on a certain Web site its version is 0.9.8, but the download area binaries/win32/ (http://www.lazarus.freepascal.org/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=viewsdownload&sid=4) shows 0.9.1.3b.

What's the deal?
