TGroupBox design

Hi,
See screenshot.
On the left is TGroupBox and on the right is TBevel.
(Design of TGroupBox is probably taken from my WM, I have KDE4 with style Plastique)

I want to group my components but with design of TBevel. I don't want to use TPanel because it has Canvas and it is IMO wasting resources in my case.
Does exist anything or how difficult can be to write own component with this capabilities (lets call it TGroupBevel)
