How to do to insert the component to mysql in Lazarus

How get the component to mysql database and install this package in the ide lazarus ?

I tried to do it too, but during compilation it just gives an error message.

I did

- open the package file (Components/Open Package File) from .../lazarus/components/mysql/mysqllaz.lpk
- tried to compile it, received "Error: Identifier not found: TMYSQLDATABASE" in registermysql.pas line
33, position 31

Maybe this MySQL access is still under development and not useable yet.
Or we miss something here...

Can anyone help?
