I dont know nothing of graphics
« on: December 21, 2010, 03:28:42 pm »
Hello boys.
I am thinking about the form to do a small graphical application, that shows a highway with curves, moving of above downwards by the screen.
I have thought about designing the different sections in run time, but this would slow down much the application, of I throw my idea is to be representing in screen a series of bitmaps, separated each of the following one in a line of pixels, which forces to me to calculate the new screen, that is new bitmap, each line that moves downwards.
I have thought about calculating bitmap corresponding to all the route when beginning the application, and later to be taking the corresponding portions, differentiated by a line of the previous one, each x ms., could be done in stream?
I believe that I am inventing the wheel, somebody can orient me in the subject, or give me the direction of some example that makes something similar to this.
   Saludos: Gaby
