zvdatetimepicker doesn't work

Hi everybody!
I'm trying to make ZVDTPicker work on mac os 10.6.5.
Quickly: with version 1.0 and 1.1 i have the problem here described http://forum.lazarus.freepascal.org/index.php/topic,9557.0.html.
Commenting the override brings me to the same result as in the link above.
1.2 apparently resolves, because i'm able to compile and install it, but all three versions give a resizing problem: see picture.

Lazarus: 0.9.29 svn:28857
FPC: 2.4.2

I have no idea what this means.

ZVDateTimePicker is tested on Windows and Linux and this does not happen, but I have no way to test it on Mac.

I'll try to see if I could simplify autosizing somehow and send you the control to test on Mac.
I'm very busy at the moment, so please forgive me, but I don't think I'll be able to do anything for a couple of days.
