if so, why was not added to svn lazarus?

Was it reported in the bugtracker? If not, then it's unlikely that it's solved.

The patch in the other topic apparently solves the problem. Apply it and rebuild LCL / Lazarus.

I put the patch, compiled and Lazarus did not have any effect
