heLib release 0.1

FPRB/heLib 0.1 has been released today:

• Generic vector containers with generic enumerators.
• Online documentation.
• Test suite.
• Permissive BSD-style license.
• Requires trunk FPC (2.5.1).

Resources:

• Subversion access
