get the image properties

Hello,

How can i get the image (jpg) properties??, especifically i have in the properties the GPS positions and i  want to get them-.

I think, first you must know the structure of the file.
Then you can read it, as a binary file.

If you have the structure of the file, may be will be easier explain how to do it.

Look for an EXIF reading component; GPS information is stored in there.  Try Gerry McGuire's dExif (not got a link, sorry) or CCR Exif http://delphihaven.wordpress.com/category/ccr-exif/.

If you are not interested in coding, look through the site by Phil Harvey http://www.sno.phy.queensu.ca/~phil/exiftool/ - his ExifTool is as detailed as you can get.
