I am looking for an example or some code in pascal
 To connect a USB TV capture card with bda driver.
it isn't wdm driver and not in video capture directshow
I've seen codes are in c but do not understand this language
What I want is to find a channel digital tvl and see the quality and signal level
And if you can see that channel would be better still

Is there any API header and lib for C for your tv tunner? If yes, then you can use h2pas to convert the header (prepare to face many syntax errors).

BDA is not very compatible between manufacturers, you can have a lot of troubles specially initializing the card and tunning a frequence. Almost all available codes are for Delphi or C. You can take look at http://www.progdigy.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=1 but it is 100% Delphi.

PS: Quality and signal meters are not reliable and not compatible across hardware and driver. BDA is a very bad design

I'm very new to lazarus. I tried it on but I did h2pas error in the first line in the declaration of class
