Each browser has a different API to build a plugin. I don't know if there is an API translation for the Firefox API Plugin.

I work for Opera Software, and it is in my plans to translate their plugin API to Pascal. But I am kind of busy right now, so no idea when I will be able to release something on that. Still this year for sure.
