Title: [SOLVED] Unable to create directory "C:\Users\boxuser"

So Im trying to get the latest trunk version of Lazarus and to be honest found it rather confusing, I installed Tortoise SVN and followed many guides but couldnt find a simple way to get the latest Lazarus and FPC version.

Instead I came across this https://www.getlazarus.org/setup/ which under Windows I installed the provided setup.exe file and now have Lazarus 1.7 and FPC 3.1.1

However when I try to run a new empty project I get a error

Quote

Unable to create directory "C:\Users\boxuser".

Has anyone installed Lazarus this way and know how to correct this issue?

Solved,

"boxuser" is a value found in AppData\Local\environmentoptions.xml so just needed to change this value to match my username and now works.
