Title: FPC is not a reconized command etc

Hi all, bought the Getting Started book, am on page 20 and hit a problem! When I try to run the fpc hello.pas, I get the error 'fpc' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. When I list the environment variables its shows up though - any ideas?

Just type "path", and copy paste the output here.

If you install, I think the modifications are not active in already openend command boxes and shells.
