Title: FPC error (Windows 10 64bitZ)

please help me. i tried to install free pascal 3.0.2 on windows 10 64bit and followed the instruction. But i can't fix this error.

What is your OS language? What is your terminal doing? (Type CHCP on the command prompt)

Although I agree with you that it is not an obvious choice for your native language: (I can only write "house", "tree" and "boat", not "menu" or "file" <sigh> maybe I get smart enough in the future?))
