Title: [SOLVED] "IDE title starts with" settings not persistent?

Summary:
   Setting "IDE title starts with" is not persistent after restart
   Can anyone reproduce on your system, or advise if I'm doing something wrong?
   
My Config:
   Windows 10 Home 64-bit
   Lazarus 1.8.2 with FPC 3.0.4 64 bit, with cross-i386-win32-win64

Background:
   Lazarus Menu: Tools, Options, Environment, Window
   I check "IDS title starts with project name"
   After restart, this setting is UNchecked
   I've tried to "Build Lazarus" before restart, with the same result
   I've searched the forums, bug tracker and elsewhere but no answer found

I tested with Lazarus 1.9.0 r57777M FPC 3.1.1 x86_64-linux-qt now and works well.
I also tested with Lazarus 1.8.2 r57369 FPC 3.0.4 i386-win32-win32/win64 (Linux+ Wine), works well too.

Current trunk (32bit) works as expected.

What about other settings? Do they persist?

Long story short, I must have had a corrupted installation.
I re-installed and all works as expected.
I marked as [SOLVED].
