LazReport is based on FreeReport, you can find documentation for Freereport at http://www.fastreport.ru/en/documentation/ (http://www.fastreport.ru/en/documentation/).
A tutorial is in your Lazreport folder in the subfolder doc\tutorial.

it's french if you can't read it, google translate seems to do a good job.
