hello I have a C2 board with ubuntu 16.04 and arm aarch64 cpu
I like to setup fpc/lazarus, but I cannot find a makefile for aarch64.
I have read that somebody has used fpcupdeluxe to install lazarus into aarch64 ubuntu with success?
Please can help? The script of fpcupdeluxe returns also there aarch64 make not supported.
Thanks
R.

You can only install FPC trunk (or equivalent like NewPascal) on aarch64 !
Alternative: cross-compile towards aarch64; but only with trunk or equivalent.

Ok, so only fpc 3.1.1, but without lazarus ide, allright?
I'll use command line.
Does exists a light ide working as omnipascal?
Or Cross compiler works from windows-lazarus -> linux aarch64?
Thanks

Lazarus works fine on Aarch64 !
And yes: cross works from Windows/Linux towards Aarch64.

Greetings, just installed newpascal 3.1.1 over ubuntu arm64 with a minimal xfce and works perfectly. Incredible job. Thank you all.
