ChangeDisplaySettings

I am using ChangeDisplaySettings on windows to goto full screen will it work on Linux too.

No. It seems to be windows only.
I guess there is no cross platform solution for that, but I am not sure.

If you have GLScene installed, you may want to dig out the TGLFullScreenViewer class (don't ask me, I haven't done it).
