Lazarus Book for Sale
« on: March 15, 2010, 01:36:47 pm »
The Lazarus Book in german language can already be bought in the website of the C&L publisher: http://www.cul.de/lazarus.html

It has 766 pages of information about Lazarus and should help developers create even better Lazarus applications!

Deutsche Originalausgabe -- okay, I'm jumping into learning German at once!

I'm joking, but it really looks beautiful, my sincere congratulations to authors!

Could it be for the simple reason that the writer is not a native English speaker?

Yes, plan, but not 100% sure.

What is the reason the book was not written in english?

I'm not sure actually, it was not my decision. I think it was a decision of the published because they only have license to sell in the german market and book stores.

766 is a hard work, how many months did you stay writing this book?

I would think it is written in German, because the publisher is German.

I'd say it is because german is the language of poets and thinkers.
Or because Wirth was a native german speaker. http://www.inf.ethz.ch/personal/wirth/

Just joking. :D
