ubable load old resource file.!
« on: March 13, 2005, 08:56:49 am »
Hi, buddy:
I installed 0.9.6 with fpc 1.9.8 in mandrake 10.1, I open old projects, it is ok, but when I create new project, nomatter I save or compile, it will popup a resource loader error, "unable to load old resource file, ...For example{$I Unit1.pas}, probably a syntax error.", if I click ignore, it will pass but when run, it is a small form not mine.   so how come? any configuration wrong? Thanks, emergent!!

This problem has probably been covered elsewhere - in 0.9.6 a bug was re-introduced which would add extra spaces into  {$I ..} declarations depending on your Environment/Code Tools Options/Space settings. When you deleted the configuration files, Lazarus went back to default settings, which don't show up this problem.
