i need the exact step by step instructions to inport LazJpeg

i need the exact step by step instructions to inport LazJpeg, i have tried many times (also with reinstalling lazarus, and still nothing)
jpeg was heart of my prev. application and i need to rebuild it do lazarus. can anybody halp me ?
