Icon of binary
« on: June 04, 2010, 03:53:50 pm »
Hi everybody,
in the past there was a problem to set up the icon of the application in windows, to do that we had to use external tools, but this problem has been solved since some versions now. So, in Windows, to setup the icon of the application, I kust select it in the object inspector.
My problem is now, on Linux. In Linux I see that some binaries do have an icon, other not (mostly not). When I setup the icon of my application using the same way that works on Windows, in Linux I only get the icon in the application bar where my app is minimized, but in the file explorer there is no icon.
How do I fix this?

Using PClinuxOS2010 on XFCE
Lazarus 0.9.28 FPC 2.2.4
