dbgBridge tries to provide to Lazarus debugserver(
tools/debugserver) TCP/IP connectivity.
A possible scenario could be next :
dbgClient0 ( 192.168.0.1 ) --->|
dbgClient1 ( 192.168.0.2 ) --->|---> dbgBridge + debugserver ( 192.168.0.100 )
dbgClient2 ( 192.168.0.3 ) --->|
