multi-screen applications possible ?

Hi !
I'm going to develop an

application for managing chords and lyrics sheets presenting lyrics (and custom slides) using a projector, ....

I did a lot of programming in Delphi but I'm looking for a free and multi-os (Win & Linux) language. So I found Lazarus.

There is only one question: is it possible to create a multi-screen applications in lazarus easily ?

My alternative is Java - but I don't like Java (okay .net works fine too - but I don't want to learn a new language again - I just finished my studies in information technology...)
