Lazarus 0.9.27 + FPC 2.3.1 = IDE treeview components frozen

Does anyone experience this? I already report the bug but I can't show it as Lazarus' exe is very big (at least, if you see the limit of file size that can be uploaded).

For developers:
Are there any changes in Win32 widgetset that may cause this?
