Open a visual basic dll or accessing Active Directory,need h

Hello everybody, Im new in Lazarus, coming from Borland Delphi, I´ve an App in VB that acces to active directory and change the given user password, so I´ve tried to access directly from Lazarus to ADODB, as I use it in VB to access then the LDAP MS Active Directory, I just couldn´t, then I did the same .dll from VB to use it in Lazarus, but i just couldn, can Anyone help me with one of both??? the .dll receive one parameter, the user ID, Please help!!!
