I found new version for mingw64 utilities (as,ar,strip, etc)

Lazarus for win64 "Daily Snapshots" has no strip.exe to remove debug-info from exe files.

Someone, please to update Lazarus for win64 "Daily Snapshots" and to "strip" all *.exe files.
