"Cannot find argv.o" ?
« on: August 16, 2008, 03:50:41 pm »
Allright. When I tried the TCL demo that came with my lazarus/FPC package on my Ubuntu installation, the compilator told me this:
Code: [Select]
project1.lpr(125,1) Warning: Object argv.o not found, Linking may fail !
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find argv.o
project1.lpr(125,1) Error: Error while linking
project1.lpr(125,1) Fatal: There were 1 errors compiling module, stopping

I tried to find the argv.o, but nowhere on my computer could I find it.
I`ve also installed all possible fp-* packages and such, but that didn`t help either.

I need this because I want to see how I can implement TCL scripting (or other languages if its possible?) in an application I am creating, and it`s the first time I am using Lazarus for a more *serious* project.

Someone who want to help me out?

Thanks.
