Problem with default IDE language

Hi, i've just installed the IDE and it appeared translated to Hebrew (this is my language). The problem is that the translation is not comlplete and many menu entries appeared as "...". Also, "Environment" and "Environment options" appeared as "..." so i had to search hardly how do i switch to the default english mode. Only after doing a search in this forum i figured out what i have to do.

Maybe this is a good idea to set English as a default language on install with a possibility to switch to some translation manually.
