Double character in Code Editor
« on: March 04, 2019, 12:19:51 pm »
I use Calculate Linux 18.12 and install Lazarus 1.8 and 2.0. I have small problem. When I typing code in the CodeEditor, each character is printed twice. Exmaple: begin typing as bbeeggiinn. In the Ubuntu this problem is missing.

Maybe someone can advise how to solve this problem.

I believe this has a duplicate quite recently. It is not really a Lazarus issue,
Try a recent release, not your version,
Object Pascal programmers should get rid of their "component fetish" especially with the non-visuals.
