DBGrid with Labels problem

Hi,

I have a DBGrid and I wanted to overlay a label on it, but for some reason it always goes to the SBGrid parent, a form or TabSheet (depending on where I put the DBGrid) and so is transparent to the DBGrid (just the outline edge and move anchors visible). When I go to change parent, the DBGrid is not present in the list.

Is this correct?
