Is it because of a fee, You want us to donate through paypal and not through Creditcard that I did the last time?

I don't like to be forced to use Paypal to donate but is this the only way to donate, I will try to consider it.

That shouldn't be needed. Probably something changed at the paypal site and an extra option has to be added to the donation URL. Unfortunately I cannot do that myself, but there is worked on.

I was just looking into PayPal donations with respect to my own projects. You should not need to sign up with PayPal to make a single donation, only for regular contributions.

AFAIK we don't have such account

@VTwin in case you have a normal account, what did you configure ? (website preferences, paypal account optional is already checked)
What url do you use ?
