2. Is there example code for changing system volume on Rapbian Linux RPI3 ?

3. Are there components for lazarus on RPI3, to set WIFI settings?

1. yes, you can install them from OPM.
2. No, but you have access to all OS calls, so can be done
3. See 2.
Note 2 and 3 need rights elevation (sudo)
