Keeps telling "Cancel Loading."

Hi, Ubuntu 16.04, Lazarus 1.8.4, Acer i5, 6GB, 256-SSD.

I have a program that I have installed the Laz serial Port (thank you very much) it compiles and works OK but every time I load it I get the message. I click "Cancel" and it is all good. The LazSerial is shown in the "Required Packages" list.

How do I fix this? Is it trying to load the package before the code as the "Required Packages" list is empty at the point of error.

Unable to find component class "TLazSerial".
It is not registered via the RegisterClass and no lfm was found.
It is needed by unitL
