Lazarus LCL docs 403 error

Wasn't sure where to report this but maybe someone here knows who to tell about this.

The LCL docs at http://lazarus-ccr.sourceforge.net/docs/lcl/index.html are giving a 403. And all subpages as far as I can tell.

RTL and FCL docs don't seem to be suffering from this problem.

I can't open the first link you gave, it shows a 403 error. But I have no problem with the second one.
