Nice people for sure.

Been programming for 35 years give or take a few.
Now retired, and actually just wanted something to pass time, and maybe realize some crazy ideas ;)

Commodore Basc, Turbo Bacic, Turbo Pascal, Delphi, COBOL, FORTRAN IV, something called APL - a break for HTML/CSS, javascript and PHP (designed my own CMS in OOP PHP) for a while - then Java, C++ and C#

I will try again in a while, hoping this bad experience with Lazarus was somehow something gone wrong during installation.
Delphi (Borland) was always my favorite. As well tool as language ;)

Lazarus 2.0.8 FPC 3.0.4
Win7 64bit

Well....

It seems I am allowed some "luck" after all.

I reinstalled Lazarus.

and now, my code is working here as well ;)

I do have some problems, tho. But I will investigate tomorrow, and if need be, ask in another thread.
