Lazarus and TrueType fonts
« on: August 23, 2007, 10:50:01 am »
Hi all,
i'm using lazarus 0.9.22 on CentOS 4.5.
I installed mscorefont on my system, but when i try to set the font for a label to, say, verdana or Times New Roman, this fonts don't appear in the font dialog.
I tried also to rebuild lazarus with gtk2, but nothing appens.

I'm sure the fonts are well installed 'cause if i do the same thing with kdevelop designer i can choose the fonts correctly.

Please, is there someone who can help me?
Thank's in advance

Try to assign the font in run time for testing.

Changing the font name run time doesn't work if i use one of the new true type font installed. It works fine if i use one of font that appear in the font dialog.
